Out line thoughts are as follows:- it will be the last weekend in September so that we are clear of Dieppe but alternate years it will be one week earlier so as not to clash with Kingsfold, Margate and Capstone.

This will be a totally unresricted event with individuals taking responsibility for thier own insurance cover. No one is invited and the public will not be informed. Rubbish disposal is the responsibility of the individual and there will be no skip provided. There will be camping available on site and there will be 2 portaloos and an elsan disposal point. Water will be available from the cricket club.
Access from 11:00 on Friday to 11:00 on Monday
We will be putting up some of our tents with some tables for socialising including a barrel from the local brewery.
We are also looking at a Saturday night meal and bacon butties in the mornings.
We hope to hold a raffle on the Saturday night to help cover some of the costs.
We will be applying for height clearance this year but due to the proximity of Brize Norton we do not expect to get very much.
Please note that if we upset the owner or neighbours that will put an end to the whole thing.
