This will be a totally unrestricted event with individuals taking responsibility for their own insurance cover. There will be no public advertising and no commercial stalls.
Members of the public are welcome to attend but they do so at their own risk.
There will be camping available on site with 1 portaloo, 1 disabled portaloo and an elsan disposal point.
Water will be available from the cricket club. Access from 12:00 on Friday to 11:00 on Monday
The WHKF hospitality marquee will be behind the cricket pavilion and camping will be beyond this as previous years.
Parking towards the road along the side of the cricket ground fence.
We will be putting some tables in the marquee for socialising but you will need your own chair. Also your own plates and cuttlery for the evening meal.
The usual honesty bar with beer, cider and some wine. Quantities will be reduced this year following previous years when much was wasted.
Breakfast rolls, burgers and hot dogs will be available at the appropriate times.
Tea and coffee; make your own at the urn for free.
We will hold a small kite related auction on the Saturday night to help cover some of the costs.
Height clearance 1000ft will be applied for.
Please note that if we upset the owner or neighbours that will put an end to the whole thing.
Please note:- a number of people failed to take away their own rubbish as requested.
